Rédiger en Sciences

L’UE Rédiger en Sciences fait partie des UE du semestre 3 du M2 MiF.

Les étudiants sont initiés à la rédaction d’une revue à partir de trois publications du même auteur. Ils doivent ainsi trouver un lien entre les articles avant d’en effectuer une synthèse dans un format court (10.000 caractères). Suite à cela, ils réalisent un entretien avec l’auteur des publications afin d’évoquer avec lui les questions qu’ils se sont posées à la lecture des trois articles. La nouvelle et l’entretien sont ensuite soumis à la revue Médecine Sciences pour reviewing dans le cadre d’un partenariat que j’ai noué avec le journal. Cette UE s’inscrit dans l’un des axes forts pour lequel notre master est labellisé : la formation par la recherche.

• Analyser des données expérimentales et tirer des conclusions en réponse aux questions posées
• Rédiger une revue en intégrant le champ lexical de la discipline et en respectant les conventions de rédaction
• Interagir avec les membres d’une équipe pour mener à bien un projet

The Writing in Science unit is a course in Semester 3 of the M2 MiF.

Students are introduced to writing a review based on three publications by the same author. They have to find a link between the articles before writing a review in a short format (10,000 characters). Following this, they conduct an interview with the author of the publications to discuss the questions they have asked themselves after reading the three articles. The review and interview are then submitted to the journal Medecine Sciences for review as part of a partnership I have established with the journal. This teaching unit is part of one of the areas for which our master’s degree is accredited: training through research.

• Analysing experimental data and drawing conclusions in response to the questions
• Write a review integrating the lexical field of the discipline and respecting writing conventions
• Interact with the members of a team to successfully complete a project
