Mener un projet de recherche avec une démarche scientifique I – Démarche Expérimentale et Méthodologie

Démarche Expérimentale et Méthodologie fait partie du Semestre 1 et constitue le premier volet des UEs “Mener un projet de recherche avec une démarche scientifique”.

Cette UE s’apparente à un mini-stage de rentrée sur une semaine au cours duquel un état de l’art des connaissances est fait en biologie moléculaire procaryote et biochimie.  Chaque étudiant(e) sera amené(e) à faire une présentation orale sur une notion ou méthode afférente à ces disciplines. L’ensemble des présentations constituera le cours de la collectivité et prépare à différentes UEs du Master.

• Notions et méthodes associées à l’expression et la régulation d’un gène chez les bactéries
• Notions et méthodes associées à l’étude d’une protéine et à son réseau d’interaction

Experimental Approach and Methodology is part of the core curriculum for Semester 1 and is the first part of the UE Conducting a research project using a scientific approach.

This unit is similar to a mini-placement at the beginning of the academic year, during which a state-of-the-art review of prokaryotic molecular biology and biochemistry is carried out.  Each student will be required to give an oral presentation on a concept or method related to these disciplines. All presentations will constitute the course for the promotion and will prepare students for the various courses of the Master’s programme.
