They will use a 3D chromatography approach to purify proteins. The will detect the proteins and assess protein quality.
Students prerequisites
- Notions of gene expression and protein production.
At the end of the workshop, the student will know how to extract proteins from bacterial cultures. She/he will also gain knowledge in protein purification.
