Will you ever collaborate with a structural biologist using X-ray crystallography or Cryo-Electron microscopy? Do you want to understand his/her language? Do you want to know how to prepare your sample in the context of the collaboration? Or do you want just simply look at a structure deposited in the Protein Data Bank, but actually you do not really know how to do, and you have no idea whether to trust or not the images you look at. Well, then come to this one day course and have fun. No prior knowledge of protein crystallography is required, however basic understanding of biochemistry (what is an amino acid, what is a protein) is a must.
