Nico Brkovic

Hello,
My name is Nico Brkovic, I come from Germany and studied Nanoscience as a Bachelor and Master. Although my studies are quite interdisciplinary I also specialized into Nanobiotechnology and through my academic career, I gained knowledge in Nneurophysiology, Fluorescence Microscopy as well as Cellular and Molecular Biology as well. At the moment I am working under the supervision of Damien Faivre on biomineralisation of coccolithophores Chrysotila Cartidae and trying to express a protein from a designed plasmid that contains the fusion of two separate ones (Protein A and CBM3a).

Je m'appelle Nico Brkovic, je viens d'Allemagne et j'ai étudié les nanosciences en licence et en master. Bien que mes études soient très interdisciplinaires, je me suis également spécialisé dans la nanobiotechnologie et, tout au long de ma carrière universitaire, j'ai acquis des connaissances en neurophysiologie, en microscopie à fluorescence ainsi qu'en biologie cellulaire et moléculaire. Actuellement, je travaille sous la supervision de Damien Faivre sur la biominéralisation des coccolithophores Chrysotila Cartidae et j'essaie d'exprimer une protéine à partir d'un plasmide conçu qui contient la fusion de deux protéines distinctes (protéine A et CBM3a).
