Fanny Seksek

"Je m’appelle Fanny Seksek, j’ai fait une licence en biologie et chimie à l’université Paris-Saclay puis j’ai suivi un cursus ingénieur à l’Ecole de chimie de Montpellier (ENSCM). J’ai intégré le laboratoire BBF dans la cadre de mon stage de fin d’étude, puis j’y ai travaillé en tant qu’ingénieure de recherche. Je suis maintenant en thèse pour étudier la biodégradation et le recyclage de plastiques par l’utilisation enzymes fongiques, sous la direction de Bastien Bissaro au sein de l’équipe BOOST.

I am Fanny Seksek, I did a bachelor in biology and chemistry at Paris-Saclay university, followed by an engineering degree at the school of chemistry of Montpellier (ENSCM). I integrated BBF lab for my end of study internship, and then continued to work there as a research engineer. I am now doing my PhD on the topic of plastic biodegradation and recycling using fungal enzymes, under the direction of Bastien Bissaro in the BOOST team. "
