The aims of this practical are:
– To learn how to perform and analyze an enzymology experiment.
– To perform stopped-flow experiment
– From raw data, learning how to fit data
– Choosing the proper model fitting with data.
Students prerequisites
- Michaelis-Menten theory Knowledge
At the end of the workshop, the student will be able to conceive strategy to explore enzyme function, to use Stopped-flow set up, to analyze data with the proper model and to evaluate incertitude.
